Our Story, Ethos and Community

Our Story

I grew up in Coburg, attending Coburg Primary School and later Coburg High School. Afterward, I pursued Computer Science/Commerce at Latrobe University for five years, although my true passion was always to become a tradesman. At 23, I began my journey as a Plumbing and Gas Fitting Apprentice under my longtime friend and colleague, John Robinson, from JBR Plumbing. Upon acquiring my qualifications, I ventured into entrepreneurship, establishing my own business. Over the years, I've secured contracts with reputable companies such as Origin Energy Stores, Rinnai Australia, and served as a subcontractor for Harvey Norman, Good Guys, Energy Australia, and Masters Hardware, among others. After more than two decades in the industry, I've observed the shortcomings of relying on layers of intermediaries, which often result in subpar service and inflated prices. Therefore, I've made the decision to shift gears, prioritizing direct customer interaction to deliver a return to old-fashioned, personalized service where accountability rests with the individual overseeing the project from inception to completion.

By keeping our operations in-house and eschewing external contractors, we uphold a standard of accountability and quality that sets us apart. Our ethos is rooted in direct communication, where every call and message is answered by experienced plumbers dedicated to delivering reliable service with no hidden agendas. With a focus on integrity and expertise, we strive to redefine the standard of professionalism in our industry, prioritizing the needs and satisfaction of our customers above all else.

Community

Throughout our company's journey, community engagement has remained a cornerstone of our values. We've proudly sponsored a multitude of community sporting clubs, recognizing the vital role they play in fostering camaraderie and promoting physical well-being within our neighborhoods. Additionally, our commitment to social responsibility extends to dedicating our time and resources to various fundraisers, contributing to causes that uplift and enrich our community.

Moreover, we take great pride in offering meaningful work experience opportunities to high school students, providing them with firsthand exposure to the professional world and nurturing their potential.
